2011_YEAR OF UNITY, PERFECTION AND FULNESS
(week 01/11)
OLUBI AND SARAH JOHNSON

Firstly, again, we want to wish all our readers a healthy, wealthy, Christ-filled, destiny fulfilling New Year.

The year 2011 is going to be a year of unity, perfection and fullness.

This means that this year some people in the Church will be united in the Spirit in the operation of the principles of perfection, that will cause them to experience the reward of the fullness of Christ: the Spirit without measure at their different levels of spiritual development.

The reality of this experience will begin in the Zion (Ps. 50:2, Zeph. 3:10-20) Church in Nigeria: the land from beyond the rivers of Ethiopia which the rivers divide (Is. 18:1, 7); however it will quickly spread to the rest of the church world wide.

Furthermore, 2011 will be a ‘Passover‘ year: the leadership of the Church in Nigeria will ‘Passover’ from a ‘Saul’ leadership to a ‘David’ leadership.

For the individual Christian to experience the reward of the fullness of Christ at their level of spiritual growth, they will have to be like Ruth whose commitment to Naomi and the God of Israel caused her to inherit the full reward of becoming a matriarch of the Lord Jesus Christ, through Obed, Jesse and David (Ruth. 4:17; Mt. 1:1-17).

Ruth 2:11-12 MKJV:  And Boaz answered and said to her, It has been fully shown to me all that you have done to your mother-in-law since the death of your husband, And you left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and have come to a people whom you did not know before now.  (12)  May Jehovah repay your work, and may a full reward be given you from Jehovah, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to trust.

Ruth typifies the committed Christian who will leave ‘father’ typifying the sin nature in the soul and ‘mother’ typifying the sin nature in the physical body to cleave unto ‘Boaz (kinsman, redeemer)’ typifying the Christ nature in the Spirit to conceive and birth the perfection of Christ in the soul and body (1 Thess. 5:23), like Ruth gave birth to Obed, who ultimately through Jesse and David birthed the Lord Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit through the virgin Mary.

Ephesians 5:31-32 MKJV:  “For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined to his wife, and the two of them shall be one flesh.”  (32)  This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Colossians 1:26-28 MKJV:  (26)  the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints.  (27)  For to them God would make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the nations, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory,  (28)  whom we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, so that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.

For the individual Christian to receive this reward of the Spirit without measure, they like Ruth must labour or work in the Word (1 Tim. 5:17) and prayer (Col 4:12) to cleave unto the Christ nature in the Spirit.

Deuteronomy 30:19-20 KJV: (19)  I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:  (20)  That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

Details of this how to do this spiritual labour or work is outlined in

Proverbs 4:20-23 ESV: My son, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings.  (21)  Let them not escape from your sight; keep them within your heart.  (22)  For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh.  (23)  Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.

1. Attend to my words: this translates to daily balanced Bible reading.

2. Incline your ear to my sayings: weekly hearing of apostolic and prophetic preaching and teaching that will inspire and instruct you to grow into the perfection and fullness of Christ (Col. 1:28).

3. Let them not depart from your sight or mind: activating the law of the Spirit of life and love (Josh. 1:8; 1 Jn. 3:22; Jn. 20:31): washing feet by the blood (Heb. 13:20-21), the Word (1 Jn. 2:5) and the Spirit (1 Jn. 4:12-13) day and night at least once every 6 hours (Josh. 1:8, Dt. 6:7, Mt.13:35).

4. Keep them in the midst of your heart by using the life of God in abundance (Jn. 10:10) in your spirit to pray with all kinds of prayer in the Spirit (Eph. 6:18) including travail (Gal. 4:19. Rom. 8:26) to keep the divine nature constantly flowing in your will, mind and emotions.

As you practice all of this as a daily habit, the life of God will fill and dominate your soul and body, be medicine to all your flesh (and incidentally to all who touch your flesh so that as you lay hands on the sick they will recover (Mk. 16:18)) and  you will be keeping your heart with all diligence causing to flow out of it consistently the forces of life (the fruit of the spirit (Gal. 5:22)) in sufficient measure and with sufficient force to enforce the dominion (Kingdom) of God: righteousness, peace and joy in your will, mind, emotions, body and circumstances, causing 2011 to be a year of reward for you!
