THE APPEARING OF THE LORD
(week 30/14)

1 John 3:1-2 KJV: Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.  (2) Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

2 Thessalonians 1:10 KJV: When HE SHALL COME to be glorified IN HIS SAINTS, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

1 Timothy 6:14-15 NIV: to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,  (15) which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords,

Here, the scripture reveals to us that the Lord Jesus will appear in us, His saints when we become like Him in His perfection and fulness.

We know that the time of His appearing in us is NOW because as I write, the church is growing spiritually to the perfection and measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ and so is becoming greater (1 Jn.2.14; 4.4) in spiritual power than Satan and all his principalities and powers: THE CHURCH IS CURRENTLY SHAKING (Lk. 21.25-28) OR BOMBARDING THE 2ND. HEAVENS DISLODGING SATAN AND HIS COHORTS FROM THEIR DOMINION OVER THE AIR (EPH. 2.2). The sign of this is the four blood moon tetrad that started in April 2014 and will last until September 2015.

The Lord will appear in a tithe-Levite company of Christians who are being conformed to the image of the First-born, the Lord Jesus, and so qualify to inherit a ‘double-portion’ anointing:

Romans 8:29 NKJV: For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Deuteronomy 21:17 NKJV: But he shall acknowledge the son of the unloved wife as the firstborn by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.

This appearing of the Lord will be both GREAT AND TERRIBLE: for it will bring BOTH blessing (like for the man at the beautiful gate (Act. 3.1-9) and punishment (like for Ananias and Sapphira (Act.5.1-11).

In our article next week, we will see how to stand when He appears.
