ATTACK ON AMERICA;
Breaking Up Our Fallow Ground
(week 38/01)

PROPHECY WEDNESDAY: SEPTEMBER 12 by Olubi Johnson

And for the nations of the world this message is  “IT IS TIME TO SEEK THE LORD’

I say this to the president of the United States, I say it to the leaders of the free world, IT IS TIME TO SEEK THE LORD, it is not that we have not been seeking God but we have not sought Him to the degree we should, because God has a purpose in this end time – the perfection of the church, the breaking of the nations that the gospel of the kingdom be preached unto every tribe, tongue and kindred. Then, and only then shall the end come and the purpose will be fulfilled.

Just like it was God’s purpose to bring out His people from Egypt. Ultimately the purpose was fulfilled, even though at first Pharaoh made the children of Israel make bricks without straw when Moses first came, and instead of things getting better they seemed to get worse, but it was only for a short while, so shall it be at this time.

The purpose of God for the church in Nigeria, in America which incidentally have the largest population of young people as Christians all over the world and then England, the European countries, France, Germany, the Middle-East and even the at present Islamic Arab nations will be fulfilled. All will come and experience the outpouring of the Spirit of God in the feast of Tabernacles: the revival will not be limited to the so-called Christian countries, but it will spread throughout the entire globe.

Millions of Moslems will be converted, born again, filled with the Spirit and will begin to serve God in Spirit and in truth and many, many, many, many of them will come and they will make peace with Israel that the Word of the Lord written in the book of Isaiah chapter 19 will come to pass. That Israel and Egypt and Assyria, will be My people and they will share the land and co-exist peacefully in the land of Canaan. For not only in Israel are there My people saith the Lord, even the Assyrians are My people, the Egyptians are My people for I am the Lord God of all flesh and I am not a respecter of persons for I love all men. Yea! I have a covenant with Israel and I am faithful to them because of their fathers but My covenant in Jesus Christ is to all men and unto all nations. Therefore, this revival and the outpouring of My Spirit will be upon all flesh; from the North to the South; from the East to the West; yea even round the entire earth as the waters cover the sea.

My Glory shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together saith the Lord.

A wake up call

Last week’s, September 11, 2001, terrorist attack on America was the worst yet in our generation: it was worse than the attack on Pearl Harbour on December 7th 1941.

The question is, even though we know that it was demonically inspired, how come God allowed it to happen to that degree of severity? In fact, but for the mercy of God, the 3rd or 4th hijacked planes could have been crashed into the White House.

I believe this is a severe and very painful wake up call to the church in the US in particular and the whole world in general.

Many of the fanatical Islamic fundamentalists, who have such great hatred for the US and Israel, as demonstrated in last week’s unprecedented attack, are people that can only be overcome by the power of the Holy Spirit. We need spiritual weapons in addition to the physical weapons to win this war against terrorism.

Proverbs 21:31 (KJV): The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD.

Some of these terrorists can be swept into the Kingdom of God by the wave of a mighty revival that is now imminent. Others who have chosen to harden their hearts will be exposed, and punished or destroyed by the Spirit of God both directly and indirectly. Directly by the Holy Spirit exposing them by revelation through prophets and indirectly by the Holy Spirit unconsciously leading and guiding the security agencies all over the world.

It is clear that very few, if any, of our prophets and intercessors are presently operating at the level of proficiency exemplified in the ministry of Elisha:

2 Kings 6:8-12 (KJV): Then the king of Syria warred against Israel, and took counsel with his servants, saying, In such and such a place shall be my camp. And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down. And the king of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice. Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the king of Israel? And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

Thus this attack against America is to wake up the church to, as it were, “come up higher”.

Judgements to break up our fallow ground

It is unfortunate that it is only when God’s judgements are the in the earth that the inhabitants will learn righteousness to the degree they should:

Isaiah 26:9 (KJV): With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Psalms 78:34 (KJV): When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and inquired early after God.

This is so because of the satanic nature in the souls of men making the heart of men deceitful and wicked:

Jeremiah 17:9 (KJV): The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

So God, like we said in our article last week (Becoming Greater), uses afflictions to break up our fallow ground: the stubborn and deceitful satanic nature in our souls that causes them to be hardened in pride and unbelief.

Hebrews 3:12-13 (KJV): Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

Hosea 10:12 (KJV): Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

Leveticus 26:19 (KJV):
And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

Many times there is a ‘concrete’ surface on unbelief, that is, stubbornness and pride in our hearts that does not allow the heart to believe and obey the Word of God.

So, many times, God has to use afflictions that cause sorrow to break up that ‘concrete’ surface of unbelief in our hearts so that we can believe and obey the Word.

Psalms 119:71 (KJV): It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.

Proverbs 15:13 (KJV): A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.

2 Corinthians 7:10 (KJV): For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

We should not wait until God has to allow some affliction to break up our fallow ground to enable us believe and obey the Word in our hearts, rather we should do so by simple faith and obedience to the Word.

Isaiah 48:18-19 (KJV): O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea: Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me.

It is vital to see that this is not just an American problem, but also a problem of the body of Christ worldwide. What affects America will affect the whole world. If the church does not rise up to the challenge of this hour we could have a worldwide religious guerrilla war on our hands with many of God’s people as causalities. This in fact is the plan of the devil for this hour: to abort the imminent revival of the manifestation of the Sons of God on the earth.

However, God has foreseen this and so has allowed this calamitous wake up call to be sounded to the church.

Joel 2:1-3 (KJV): Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

1Thessalonians 5:2-3 (KJV): For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

The above scriptures graphically describe, to some degree, using the manifold wisdom of God, the destruction that took place in New York and Washington on Tuesday September 11th 2001, waking us up to the fact that indeed we are in the day of the Lord, which is the 21st. century or the 3rd. day.

There will be a remnant in the church that will heed this call, break up their fallow ground, and seek the Lord, who in turn will rain righteousness on us and bring the revival that will sweep into the Kingdom of God millions of Muslims all over the world.

The battle against terrorism and all the other evils of our generation will be won, but not by might, not by power but by My Spirit saith the Lord.
