BELIEVING AND PRAYING WITH YOUR THOUGHTS
(mr 02/09/19)

Hebrews 11:27 KJV:  By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.

Believing is ‘seeing’ in your mind and accepting as an act of your will the invisible realities of God and His Word.

Just as you need natural light to see physical things, you need spiritual light in your mind to ‘see’ spiritual realities.

This spiritual light comes from God and enters the mind THROUGH honesty of heart:

Romans 1:18-21 KJV:  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; (19)  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. (20)  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (21)  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Here, the scripture shows that God’s light shines into every human heart, giving them the knowledge of God by intuition, through the overwhelming evidence of God’s wisdom and power in creation and our physical bodies:

Psalms 19:1 KJV:  To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Psalms 139:14 KJV:  I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Observe that EVERY man knows instinctively that an intelligent Creator: God, exists through the evidence of the creation of the heavens and the wonders of our physical bodies. They know this by the spiritual light that comes from God that shines on EVERY human heart:

John 1:9 KJV:  That was the true Light, which lighteth EVERY man that cometh into the world.

However, regrettably, men reject this inner witness of truth and so the heart that was once enlightened becomes darkened: “…and their foolish heart was darkened” (Rom.1:21).

John 3:19-20 KJV:  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. (20)  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

However, through repentance and honesty and humility of heart, God will shine light again into the human heart so they can ‘see’ and believe spiritual realities.

It is this kind of repentance that gets men enlightened again to ultimately get born-again.

Hebrews 6:4 KJV:  For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

After men get born-again, the heart can now receive light constantly through the entrance of God’s Word and prayer for revelation and praying in tongues and so taste the” …good word of God and the powers of the age to come” (Heb. 6:5).

Psalms 119:130 KJV:  The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

2Corinthians 4:6 KJV:  For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 1:17-18 KJV:  That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: (18)  The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

So, as we pray both in the Spirit and the understanding, read the Bible, listen to anointed preaching and teaching, God’s light will enter our minds in more and more increasing measures so allowing us to ‘see’ the invisible and thus have faith.

What do we see?

The presence of the three Persons of the God-Head:

Psalms 16:8 KJV:  I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

The blood cleansing us from sin, the life and power of God that the angels use to bring the invisible into physical manifestation:

Hebrews 12:22-24 KJV:  But ye are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, (23)  To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, (24)  And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

1John 1:7 KJV:  But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Jude 1:20-21 KJV:  But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, (21)  Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Acts 1:8 KJV:  But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

So as we ‘see’ these invisible realities, it is easy to believe for the impossible and manifest the incredible!

How do we do this?

Mark 11:23-26 KJV:  For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. (24)  Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. (25)  And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. (26)  But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

So WHEN we pray, we believe: see the invisible reality of God’s promises and accept them as an act of our will.

AFTER we pray, we CONTINUE to BELIEVE by praying and walking in the Spirit, speaking the Word, reading, hearing and meditating on the Word UNTIL the manifestation comes. Also you must forgive and walk in love when offended, so you don’t hinder your faith”…for faith worketh by love” (Gal.5:6).

WHILE you are actively (not passively) waiting for the manifestation: by speaking the Word, praying and walking in the Spirit, forgiving and walking in love, the angels of God are working 24/7 to bring the answer. When doubt or fear comes to your mind, reply with your thoughts by asking for mercy to prevail with thanksgiving. Your thoughts will DIRECT the power of God that has been released by speaking and praying to bring the answers to your prayers  into physical manifestation.

The angels move and operate in the DIRECTION GIVEN BY YOUR WORDS AND THOUGHTS (Ps.103:20-21). This is HOW you CONTINUE to BELIEVE UNTIL the manifestation comes.

2Corinthians 4:18 KJV:  WHILE we look not at the things, which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things, which are seen are temporal; but the things, which are not seen, are eternal.

So we continue to ‘look’ at the three Persons of the Godhead, the Blood of Jesus, the life and power of God; the angels of God: all these things are eternal and are changing the things that are seen (which are temporal; subject to change) so that they will conform to God’s Word and promise.

So, the eternal (God, His Word, Blood, life, power and angels) will dominate, control and change the temporal to conform to God’s Word!

Selah!
